Mike Baron
Storyteller
I've worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, legal, and supply chain, since the early 1990s. I describe myself as a storyteller because stories provide clarity and meaning. This philosophy guides all of my engagements, be it the development of process maps, workflow illustrations, technical training, or operational procedures.
Specialties
I am a writer, information architect, workflow specialist, project manager, and communicator. As Chief Storyteller of ProjectStory, Inc., a business process, technical training and documentation development company I founded in 1997, I worked on dozens of projects, large and small, across multiple industries. ProjectStory was acquired by Archer NSG in 2020.
